Section prepares note and submit for perusal of the officers. The files are routed through DDCS, JDCS to the Director for consideration.

Monitor the utilization of funds allocated by the state Government as well as Government of India.

The allocation of Budget is made as per the purpose for which it was allocated under relevant head of Account to the respective unit officers with the approval of Director

Formulation of
Programmes,
Schemes and
Projects

Prepares proposals  for new programme as well as continuation of existing programmes for consideration of State Government & Government of India

After critical assessment of the proposals, the Government sanction the funds for effective implementation of Programmes and Schemes meant for Juvenile Justice and Probation Services

State Government and Government of India are sanctioning authorities in respect of State Plan and CSS schemes respectively

Out sourcing
Personnel

As per the requirement of the unit officers, proposals are received at Directorate to assess need for sending proposals to Government

After assessing job requirement of various unit officers and availability of funds proposals are sent to the Government for permission for recruitment / out sourcing.

4.2 Prepare Flow charts to show channels of supervision and accountability. You may also provide additional flow charts to indicate how each function is discharged or service is delivered by the authority from the stage of planning/application for getting service to reaching the target group/delivering the service to the beneficiary.
